This workshop will address the perennial question of how to keep an organisation relevant in changing and challenging times to continue to attract new members? In a roundtable format, this session will put up ideas for discussion and will encourage engagement from the audience of actions individuals or organisations have taken, sharing successes and lessons learned. Attendees will leave with a range of ideas to take-away to keep our organisations/groups relevant in challenging times.
