Darcie Baumann is the founder and a consultant of Mosaic Knowledge, LLC. Darcie has played an essential role in Twin Cities Pride since 2008 and is a former board chair (2016-2020), the first female and person of color to hold this position. She has supported InterPride in her roles as  Co-Chair for Methods & Standards and Organizational Change Expert.

Darcie is an out-of-the-box problem solver with a passion for facilitating respectful and inclusive work environments. She is an accomplished, multifaceted professional with over 20 years of experience in relationship building, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, training, leadership, technical writing, communication and public speaking in diverse industries, cultures, and levels.

In September 2022 she received the Community Advocate Award from Minnesota Deaf Queers for her work to bring visibility and build bridges between deaf/hearing communities and in 2015 she was named to GO! Magazine’s 100 Women We Love list.

She has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Organizational Studies with a minor in Nonprofit Leadership and a Certificate in Technical Communication.
